Transform 360 was born from the combined expertise and personal journeys of Brenley Cunningham and Krista Dennett, along with a team of medical, pharmaceutical, and holistic health experts.
With 20+ years in fitness, health, and wellness, Brenley is a sports nutritionist, holistic nutrition expert, and corrective exercise specialist. She specializes in hormone diagnostics, gut health, and life coaching, shaping the program’s mindset and nutrition strategies.

Krista, a fitness trainer and pelvic floor exercise specialist for 15 years, brings firsthand experience in the challenges of sustainable weight loss. Having navigated fitness and nutrition struggles from her 20s through perimenopause, she tested and refined Transform 360 to create a real-life, lasting solution.
